Shipping Policy

• Delivery is never more than ₹99 on any order, wherever in India it is going.
• Orders that include ₹799 or more of 500 ml and 1 litre bottles pay a reduced delivery charge when the parcel is light enough. The cart shows it when it applies.

The charge is shown in the cart and confirmed at checkout before you pay. There is nothing added afterwards.

Anywhere in India. The mill is in Alappuzha 688003 and has no other branch or outlet — every order ships from there, so orders within Kerala usually arrive sooner than those further away.

We do not ship outside India. See the towns we deliver to.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 working day and usually arrive within 3 to 5 days.

Oil is bottled the week it is pressed, so what leaves the mill is fresh rather than warehoused.

Film the unboxing. One continuous video, starting while the parcel is still sealed. Coconut oil travels as a liquid and leaks are the one thing that genuinely goes wrong in transit — a video is what settles a claim with the courier, and without it a damage claim is much harder to win.

Report anything damaged, leaking, short or wrong as soon as you can, and keep the packaging until it is resolved. See Returns & Refunds.

Check the delivery address and phone number before paying — couriers call before delivering, and an unreachable number is the most common reason a parcel comes back. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we will refund the goods but not the delivery cost, and re-delivery is charged again.
