We sell one product — 100% pure, cold-pressed, unrefined coconut oil — in the pack sizes listed on the site. Net quantities are as printed on the label.

Photographs are of our own product. Colour varies slightly between batches because the oil is unrefined, and it solidifies below about 24°C. Neither is a defect.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
• The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the moment you pay. Prices can change at any time before that.
• Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details.
• An order is confirmed only once payment has been received. Until then nothing is reserved.

If an obvious pricing error appears on the site, we may cancel the order and refund it in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you if that happens.

Signing in uses a code sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

We may suspend an account used for fraud, abuse, or repeated unjustified chargebacks.

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, and returns in our Returns & Refunds policy. In short: unopened packs can be returned within 7 days, and damage or shortage claims are best supported by a video of the unboxing.

Coconut oil is a food, not a medicine. Nothing on this site is medical or dietary advice, and we make no claim that the oil treats, prevents or cures any condition. Talk to a doctor or dietitian about your own diet.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

The text, photographs and design here belong to Mythri Oil Mills. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission. Do not try to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors, or use it to break the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Alappuzha, Kerala. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published when the order was placed, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Complaints go to Rithik S at hi@mythrioilmills.com.
